‘Do not trust the media’. This was what I was taught in my elementary years at RMIT. I have no intelligence reports to work from. I have the works of Smith and Marx, Freud and Jung, however no accurate information about any terror attacks, whether it be from this side or the other. I have been monitoring all the media sources, from the Russian news channel, the French news channel, German, Indian and Arabic, including youtube and the regular news through yahoo mail, in addition to all the local Australian channels, however received no reports about any riots within Europe, until yesterday, the 14th of November 2015.
An education in the Liberal Arts at a tertiary level, encourages students to critique our sources of information, whether it be the merits of highly acclaimed works of Pavlov and the like, the contemporary peer reviewed journals, the dogma of University lectures or the facts of media. I have learned that everybody has an agenda, their personal interests and the interests of particular groups, lobbies and state, in their pursuits of power and money. Violence exists within our globalized world and with all the misrepresentations, it is difficult to ascertain the truth.
Allahu Akbar ! The media reports about the link of all the terror attacks and riots to the koran. Religious fundamentalists will not be tolerated and hence a negative outlook from ignorant local caucasian populations, who form prejudices against anyone who speaks with an accent or wears a veil, let alone visit a mosque. Deuteronomy 20 in the Old Testament, the rubbish that the Jews and Christians hold by their heart, clearly outlines how to deal with the enemy, however the media does not label Israel as an extreme religious fundamental group or western Christian states as the terrorists !
‘Governments have the responsibility to keep their people safe’, Trudeau, Canadian Prime Minister. The media reports, with the assistance of western intelligence that Saddam had weapons of mass destruction and that Assad used chemical and biological weapons, means of warfare that will not be tolerated by the United Nations’ International Law on warfare, however there are no reports of the same weapons, chemical, biological and nuclear, used by the western coalition in their efforts to contain the terror threat. ‘We will be ruthless in our fight’, Hollande, French President.
‘Terrorize them and do not allow them to sleep’, Jihadist. The way the western media represents the terror, the Islamic militant is portrayed as the bad guy. The western coalition has coordinated a siege in the entire middle east, tumbling leader after leader, with a daily death toll resulting from aerial strikes off advanced military technologies, killing millions and displacing millions of the Islam people. The rage and the fear of the Muslims are not shown in the media, but when 100 people die in France, from an impoverished attack, it gains the sympathy from the entire world.
The media reports that western states wish to beat the ideology of the Muslim terrorist, the message of the Koran, instructions on how to lead a good life. Knowing what is good and bad is difficult and to be able to profess to an illiterate mass what is good, in order to live a prosperous life within a secure state with a growing economy is the most difficult task in the world. The western media talks of the extreme views of Islam, however does not report about the negative social impact of what is haram, within western societies, the effects of drugs and alcohol or the neurosis generated from the infidels wearing nothing but underwear at the beach !
Modern western media claim liberty to report the news, as per the western rhetoric, however are not only restricted by censorship of the states’ consumed by fears of facilitating mass global riots, but also report with a bias, condemning what they do not understand and fear the most. The peasants of our society, those that adhere to the word, that of the Koran and the Bible, not only do not know how to read, are not able to comprehend that it is not physically possible for an an accurate account of the teachings of Moses, Jesus or Mohammed, if they really existed, to have passed, unadulterated, through the two millennia of war upon war, without the printing press, hence a resolute of the ignorant.
